I forgot to mention, and I don't know how the latest TBC version reacts.
But be careful with text values where the last digit is superscripted.
I've seen TBC ignoring the 5 a few years back.

Perfect - thanks - that's worked a treat.
Regular expression helped. I had tried wildcards, etc to capture, however knowing the correct selection option definitely simplifies the process.
The selection via the edit line will also be helpful - thanks.
Kind regards,
Julius

If those are actual text elements you can use "regular expression" in advanced select"

And in number fields you can usually just click on a text object to use its value.

Subject: Elevate Lines - Chainage and Elevation Conflict
Hi,
We're starting to look at more data prep for projects in TBC, and was looking for some assistance on the following common issue.
We've got numerous projects where the chainage text and elevation text are in the same layer, along with the chainage centre crossing line. (See the example below with chainage 110.0 and elevation 88.616).
What are some recommendations for elevating these centrelines - noting that the contours (while helpful) aren't what I'm wanting to use - to ambiguity where we have crossfall changes (camber variance).
Select the chainage somehow (by advanced select) ? and delete.
Using advanced select is there a wildcard option, whereby I can choose to select all text containing 0.0
Convert the chainage crossing line to a centre point?
Then use the road elevation, elevate the new point from above, then
Then Elevate centrelines by spot point?
Kind Regards,
Julius
