Error when running Convert To Rinex utility.

In the past we've typically used our R10 as a rover with an RTX correction service.  However, I'm attempting to use the R10 as a base for PPK correction of UAV data.  I'm able to setup logging and get the t02 file, but when I attempt to bring the t02 into the utility I receive an error message which prevents loading.  Any ideas what on what may be causing this error as well as potential solutions?

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    Thanks!

Uninstall / reinstall didn't work on my end, and updating to most recent version didn't fix it either.  The solution that seems to work for me was to also install Trimble Business Center.  I must have been missing some dependencies somewhere that were fixed when TBC was installed.  Note I don't have a license for TBC, just installed it.

Not sure why this is being posted in the mapping and GIS forum but just use the following website to avoid the need for converting to Rinex: https://surveytools.trimbleaccess.com/gnssprocessor. If you have to go to Rinex for another reason, just uninstall and reinstall convert to Rinex.
