    Hi folks, some help on this would be really appreciated.

    I am using the DA1 antenna with a Catalyst 60cm subscription. I am using Esri's Field Maps app to record data and the Trimble Mobile Manager (TMM) to utilise the DA1. TMM is working perfectly well and providing the accuracy I need (60cm). However, when using Field Maps, the accuracy in field maps does not reflect the accuracy being achieved by the DA1 and is instead providing accuracies as low as 2-3m. This problem has only recently started- until recently, Field Maps was displaying the accuracy of the TMM. I have no idea why this problem has suddenly started.

    I have utilised developer setting in my phone in order to use TMM as the mock location provider, and the Field Maps app is using the 'integrated' location provider- so in theory, TMM is providing the location.

    I did notice that sometimes when opening Field Maps, a message appears stating "Incompatible Location Profile". Could this have anything to do with the issues I am facing?

    Hi Scarlet,

    First of all the incompatible location profile, this implies that your location profile in Field Maps is not compatible with the coordinate system of the map you are using. You can take a look at the 'Location Profile' section in this blog (ignore the receiver connectivity sections prior as you are correctly using 'Integrated' in Field Maps), which will hopefully help.

    I don't believe the accuracy is related to your location profile issue, that might impact the recorded position but will not impact the accuracy which is reported from TMM to the OS. I see you have previously set TMM as the Mock location provider, is it possible that an update of some sort has resulted in this setting being changed? If you have not already done so I would double check that setting, as this seems the most likely culprit. You can also tap the GPS accuracy message at the top of your map in Field Maps and it should show if the Trimble receiver is being used.

    If this doesn't help I would recommend contacting your Trimble dealer who should be able. to help you with resolving this.
