Yesterday , there was issue with Trimble Connect applications that would have caused the blank screen. The issue was resolved later yesterday. Could you please try to load the app today and check if you are able to see the file and delete (if necessary). If you aren't able to delete the file using Connect for Browser, please try the Trimble Connect for Windows application.

I saved a large file to the connect, but don't know if it surpassed the 5g limit. But now I can't open connect.trimble.com it's just a white screen. even after doing ctrl + f5 and a bunch of other actions suggested. If this is the issue, how do i remove the file, can't even load into and see my projects.

For single file download from Connect for Browser, there is no limit to file size.

Thank you for asking on our community portal. Yes, the size of the single file that is being uploaded to Trimble Connect Web should be less than 5GB. However, there is no limit on number of files that can be uploaded to the Trimble Connect Web.
