The dealer you bought it from. They'll need to verify your problem, collect all the information they can get, send it to Trimble through the official support channel were only dealers have access to. And if they recognize it as a real issue it ends up on the to-do list.
Since you already found a workaround yourself this will probably end up as low priority.
