GGF File Format

    Hey, 

    Could anyone provide any insight into why some ggf files need to be read in North to South while others are read in South to North.

    I am trying to write a conversion program from other geoid formats to ggf and visa versa. 

    Sadly I can't find any information about the ggf file format.
