I just tried the instructions which Brendon Edge gave, these still seem to work in Windows 11. I suggest you try these instructions on an application that is visible on your monitor, to see what to expect, and then repeat on the Data Transfer or Export app.
I have one minor change which I think works better - see my modified step 4 and new step 5 below (but refer to the images in Brendon's solution):
- Hover your Mouse over the utility icon in the Taskbar to bring up the Utility - e.g. hover over the Data Transfer icon and the "White Screen" appears
- Then Right Click on the White Screen area of the Utility
- Select Move if Available, but if Move is grayed out, select Restore, then select Move
- Tap one of the Arrow Keys once - this gets the window into a "move" mode.
- Move your mouse around in all directions and watch for the app you want to appear on your screen

It's probably too late to respond, but I'm having the same issue with GPS Pathfinder Office 5.90, the export and transfer functions just not open properly. The secondary window only shows up in the taskbar, and when I hover over it, all I get is a white screen. My IT team is stumped, and I really need this fixed since I use it daily. blank white screen
Did you ever find a solution?
