I see where I can create a Project, upload/download data with the Connected Workspace. I need to know how to create a JOB for that project and how do I add team members?

The workflow with the Connected Workspace does not have the function of creating a JOB file like you would in TSM. Like you said the Connected Workspace give you the option to upload design files, like dxf or csv, to where TA can then link in using the Layer Manager. 

If you want to assign your team members, in the current state, it needs to be done in Connect.
