Since the most recent IOS update 18.3, our iPad 9's are having issues with canvas crashes. Probably related to Webkit/OpenGL.
When moving or rotating models it wil often crash and only leave a white and black rectangle behind as seen in the picture.
Refreshing the 3D viewer will give the option to refresh the 3D viewer, which will repeat over and over again, until I clear the browser cache. I've included the console error it gives while this happens.
The first issue is probably out of your hands, but the second issue probably shouldn't happen right?
