If you JUST want the geometry, you need to do the vector layers approach that requires unlocking ONE time via the TerraFlex about screen. See here: VectorLayersFinal.mp4. NOTE: There is no audio in the main part of the video but all the steps are clear. If you need to see attributes and select features, you have to take the Todo (Tasks) approach. See here for that:

It is just a background dataset - for survey boundaries. Just adding the vector data through the add data button in the map workspace on Trimble Connect. I've tried it with both KMZ and shapefiles with no luck. The data displays fine on trimble connect on desktop but will not display anything on the terraflex application.

Are you taking the vectorlayers approach where it's just a background vector dataset? Or are you using tasks (ToDos)? Those are the only two methods to get vector data showing up in the field.
