I came to know that this is in context of Trimble Business Center workspace and Survey tools . Connect Sync is not an option in the current architecture.

Somehow there are 2 posts of this: Importing from CONNECT | Trimble Business Center I've seen this happen before. There should only be one of these threads, but it should show up in a couple of communities.
I do not see any filters on and we are unable to import scan data from any computer. The data is on CONNECT anb is downloaded using the ToDo option. I have to make a xxx Files folder and a SdeDatabase.rwi folder and put the files where they go, but this works.

Are there any file type filters set up in Connect Sync settings ? Could you please check. Sometimes, the users set up file filters for particular operations and aren't removed subsequently.
If there are no filters set up , could you please send the project details where you were trying to sync to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) , so that we can investigate.

My crew has SYNC'd up, but it took forever to get all the data and still the scans aren't linked. I used the TBC Connected Workspace, but there were files missing. I then tried using CONNECT on the web with the survey tools enabled, but I'm missing files. I then tried SYNC and did not get a file error, but the scans still didn't show up. I then used CONNECT on the web to download all the data from the TO DO option. I extracted the data and created a Files folder. TBC still says the RWCX files are missing, but I see them in my folder.

This is a major issue, how do I fix this problem?
