Improvement for line markup

    Hi,

    I would like to propose 2 improvements for the line markup:

    - When we snap the end of a line, I would like to have the option the snap it perpendicular to an edge line or to a surface

    - When a line is created, I would like to have a snap option at the midpoint of this line.
