Trimble Penmap

I need to install the Penmap Project Manager, because that's the only way to get to the data, but the Installation Manager isn't working at all. All the articles say to check the checkbox 'View all', but it isn't there. Only four tabs on the left that I can click between and get a never-ending progress bar.

To make this more complicated, the Installation Manager is in Dutch, but there is no language selection anywhere so I don't know exactly what these elements should be in English.

The Trimble Installation Manager displays "Niet verbonden" (Not connected), indicating that the program could not establish a connection with a Trimble device. This can have several reasons:

1. Connection Cable: Ensure that the connection cable is properly connected and the device is turned on.

2. Drivers: Check if the necessary drivers for the device are installed.

3. Network Connection: Make sure your computer is connected to the internet, as the Installation Manager may need to access updates online.

4. Software Version: Verify that you are using the latest version of the Trimble Installation Manager. (4.44.26.0) -visible if you hit the "About" button-
   
   
   
   Also it might be worth a try to delete your browser cache, and it would be interesting to know on what kind of device you are trying to install Trimble Installation Manager?
