J, I see this a bunch myself. If this happens, it's usually due to a login expiry. If I log out and restart, it usually fixes it. If that doesn't work, restart the computer. It very well could be the browser needing to be updated or cache needing to be cleared since the login redirects to a browser.

A customer is receiving this message when in the process of submitting a new project in Penmap Project Manager - "Invalid Refresh Token". See attached screens shot.
This has happened on 2 different PC's in the office.
How can they resolve this?
Clear the Cache in their browser?
