Hi!

I have an issue in my Trimble connect app when viewing 3D models (IFC-file).
When i zoom in on objects in the app it first goes well but when coming to a certain distance of details the zoom functions slow down, significantly.
It goes barely closer.

Has anyone stumbled across the same issue and has solved i properly? 
Have tried to reinstall and update the application on my iPhone.

I came on this page with the same issue that more and more of my guys are having. For some people it works fine and for some people it does the exact same thing as you mention above. I hope this can get fixed soon.

have the same problem, support said they are working on a fix. Don't know how long it's going to take and for me it started after the last iOS update.

We have released v2.23 on 15-May-23 . Please try the same . The issue is resolved now.

This issue is still persisting on both iPad and iPhone as of 2/16/24. Any known actual fixes?

Could you please send the following details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com)  so that we can investigate - 

a. If this is  Trimble Connect mobile native app or Trimble Connect for Browser being loaded on a iPhone ?

b. the 3D model being used

c. iOS version and RAM size
