If you are having issues with specific data in Siteworks that is not selectable, please send that in to your SITECH so they can raise a support case with Trimble to get it investigated. Be sure to include the file, and a screenshot of where in the design that the line is so that we can easily find try to replicate the issue. That's the best avenue to get things investigated and fixed in an upcoming release of Siteworks,

I have run into this issue also. I can't figure out what the cause is but if I trace the original line with a new line in AutoCad, I can select the newly drawn line. I suspect It has to do with some of the possible quirks with poly lines like zero length geometry, overlapping lines/arcs, inverted normals or some combination.
