Trimble Connect User Forum

I have created new account, but at begining I was not changed Lastname and used it as Girts Girts. Created new projects and when in Profile changed it correctly it not updated in projects, stil uploading files with old Girts Girts. Also in Trimble Connect Account Administration window (bellow) is not updated Last name and no options somehow to edit. Please help.

I have tried to delete projects and to create as new, disconnect from license , login/logout - nothing help.

The problem resolved itself. The next day everything was changed correctly everywhere, probably due to a synchronization problem on the servers.
