I updated to the latest version, and have found it rather buggy. The biggest problem is that adding a photo to a form often causes the app to freeze up, and worst case the app crashes. Sometimes the photo will load, but it takes at least 5-10 seconds before the app is responsive again. This never happened with the previous app version.

Has anyone experienced this?

Are you able to provide a rough date for when this issue will be resolved? I am assuming that it'll be a new version posted in the app store, right? I see that .32 was pushed 3 days ago.

Mark, we have had customers running iOS 18.x and 26 and the newest TerraFlex app is having Syncing issues and or Crashing of the app issues when on Cell Data and taking photos. No issues Syncing when on WiFi.

I can submit a log file if needed to support.

Yes please, If you can send the logs from this device along with a description of what's going on we'll look into it
We're already aware and working on the iOS photo Issue but we can check if there's anything else going on
