Loading time with trimble connect

    Hello,

    Am i the only one who find that the web app and the 3D viewer recently take a long time to load  (EU servers)?

    clearing the cache does not help.

    the chrome console shows a lots of 404 errors, they seems to have a negative impact on the loading time.

    Can we hope for an improvement?

    Hi,

    Regarding the 404s: those responses are not errors, it's our web application fetching some optional resources and the server responding 404 (Not Found). Unfortunately, Chrome Dev Tools (with default settings) exposes these as errors in its console - they could be errors in the case of mandatory resources, but these ones are not.

    While in Chrome Dev Tools, can you pinpoint any requests that take long to execute on the Network tab? - you can sort by Time to see the longest running ones. If you can, can you extract the recorded network requests as a .har file and send that to Connect support. Our team is investigating the performance of a particular API, and we'd like to understand if your case is the same or a different one.
