I opened sketchup on my ipad, my most recent project was first to appear and I hit save before I closed it but got an error for the save. I backed out, closed the app and when I reopened the app all my projects were gone. I checked trimble connect and all my files are gone as well. I have the 1 year plan, been using sketchup for at least the last 8 months without problems. I tried to submit a ticket to customer support but I have the dumb hide my email from apple so I don't know if they can reach me. Has anyone else experienced this? Were they able to fix it or did I just lose all my projects forever?
