Missing Members in Trimble Connect WEB

  • 1.  Missing Members in Trimble Connect WEB

I have run into an odd occurrence where select members [of IFC Reference Models from others for us to coordinate with] are missing from Trimble Connect WEB Browser, but are showing in Trimble Connect DESKTOP, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks.

In this situation, we are responsible to handle Ladders (as the steel detailer). As we bring in the Architect's IFC Reference Model, we are able to seem most of the ladders and plenty of other everythings, but there are specifically two ladders which came up missing in the Trimble Connect Web Browser, yet are appearing elsewhere we are using the Architect's IFC Reference Model.

    Please see the attached photos.

    Thoughts? Comments? Possible Explanations? ...

Our team has moved to using Trimble Connect Desktop for the time being.

    Thanks!

    Timothy

    Hi Timothy,

We will have to investigate this. Could you please share the model details with our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) . Our teams will check and get back .

Darshan, at your request, I have added the support email address to our Trimble Connect project for you to look into the missing IFC Members in the web portal which do appear in the desktop program and Tekla.

    Thank You.
