Thanks, Mark. Deleting and reinstalling both apps worked.

If TMM is not seeing satellite data using Avenza will not address that, and perhaps the Avenza crash is because they are not prepared for that situation. Resolving the issue with GNSS in TMM will likely address all the issues.

Thanks, Mark,
Without running Avenza, TMM starts up and connects to the receiver via Bluetooth but no satellites appear. Even after I reinstalled TMM the situation did not change. I'll try reinstalling Avenza and TMM and report back.

Hi Eesa,
Without using Avenza, i.e. just using Trimble Mobile Manager, does TMM see the receiver? Does it show any GNSS information? I have been using TMM on 26.2.1 with my iPhone 17 since it released with no issues. I've just tried Avenza maps too and it seems to work OK. A clean install of both apps might be worth a try to see if it resolves your issues.
I would suggest contacting your Trimble dealer in the first instance for support, and they will escalate to Trimble Support if they cannot resolve your issue.
Regards,

I've been using Trimble mobile manager and Avenza on an iPhone 17 with no problem. However after the most recent iOS update (26.2.1), the app will not connect to any satellites and Avenza crashes while mobile manager is running. I tried running the same GNSS with mobile manager on an android I borrowed and it worked. So what gives? Is there an alternative to mobile manager?
