I am working on an iPad Pro, and confirmed that the ketchup version is updated. Also, I have confirmed my auto save is set at three minutes. This is the fifth time working on this project where my auto save has not worked and I've had to start over. Five days of 12 hours drafting and it's gone.
I have been working since 8 AM central time today and I have confirmed several times looking up as I see it saving every three minutes. Suddenly, sketchup just froze and restarted, and everything I've worked on today is no longer showing up. I have gone to the Trimble connect website, and I see all of the versions for this project. However, the auto save from today every three minutes? Nothing is working! My final project is due tomorrow and I do not have the time to start over. I am absolutely panicked if anybody can help.
One. I've already looked on my iPad files and I do not see any sketch up projects saved or linked, no files whatsoever anywhere on my iPad PrO
two. I have looked in my iCloud just as a why not, nothing there.
Three. I submitted a ticket for help on sketchup
