TILOS have mentioned they are unaware of the issues and they will not be considered in the next update.
I am of the view that TILOS wishes to become obsolete and we can simply use cheaper more efficient printing software.

I've run into a similar issue: when I try to use the newer versions of the P6 database, importing just doesn't seem to work. While digging into this (I found useful material at https://andersenlab.com/industries/financial-services/defi-development-services on the topic of systems integration), I noticed that TILOS and P6 use different formats for data exchange. TILOS might not be able to handle some of the XML formats that P6 uses, which leads to some errors when trying to move data back and forth. For instance, P6 version 6.2 introduced a new XML format that older TILOS versions might not support, and that's where the compatibility headaches come in.
Oh, and with EXCEL, I've noticed that after updates, some layers and templates get renamed, making it tough to find the data I need. I really hope these bugs get sorted out in the next updates because they seriously mess with productivity.

Hi Stuart,
I apologize for the quiet this year about the next Tilos release. An internal restructuring precluded an update, but we will have clarity on the next release by the end of the year. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi David,
Thank you for the indication.
There is a number of issues with the last update 11.4. Below are the main issues.
Transferring information from TILOLS to P6 is my biggest issue.
- This appears to be dependent on the P6 Database version (older versions work). New database versions, import is not possible.
With the TILOS P6 XML export into P6, links are often missing, when importing resources and global calendars import to P6 crashes regardless of import profiles and database version.
Import from P6 to TILOS renames calendars as imported even when they are the same calendar (no changes), it is not possible to remove the "import" description. Unless you create a new calendar. This creates problems when exporting etc.
EXCEL updates, issues exist. templates, layers renamed for no logical reason.
Import / Export Templates names in pull down list are often listed with the same name. Even though they contain different details.
Purging of data doesn't function that well, hidden data remains and is difficult to delete. Very difficult to reduce file sizes.
Regards
Stuart

Hi Stuart,
The Tilos team hopes to release the next maintenance version within 3 - 6 months (first half of 2024). If you have a pressing need, feel free to reply here and I will make sure it's added to the developement backlog.
