    Hi,

    Is anyone having  an issue where Trimble Sync Manager locks up after you create a new project?

    After I force a restart of the program the job has been created but if I dont force the restart it just sits there spinning and you can't click anything.

    I am running  Version 1.5.0.0 and this has occured twice now since yesterday. Have only had the need to create two new projects so I am 0-2.

    Hi Simon,

    I have just checked using Trimble Sync Manager 1.5.0.0 and have no issues creating a project.

    If you are still having this issue can you raise a support case through your dealer and supply them with tracelog.txt.

    You'll find this in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Trimble\Trimble Sync Manager\

    The best community group to post to for future Sync Manager issues would be the Trimble Access and Survey Field Solutions Community

    Hello Simon,

    We have started to see a few other reports coming in about the project creation issue.

    Whilst we work on a resolution I suggest creating the project in Connect web or by uploading a new project from Trimble Access as a workaround.

    If creating the project in Connect Web, a project Administrator needs to subsequently open the project using Trimble Access or Trimble Sync Manager which will prepare the project to allow job upload.
