    I installed Trimble connect from our company portal, the same as my colleagues do. After installation I can just log in with Microsoft. This all seems to go well. but when opening a .Stp ​​or .ifc Trimble shows the file name in red with a line through the eye as shown in the picture below. It works fine for my colleague but he has an older version 1.23.1.553. Anyone have an idea what this could be?

    I have never worked with Trimble connect, but I need it to be able to view drawing projects

    Hi, I have the same problem

    I can see the files before update, but when i try to open a file after , the program doesn't show the model
