not Intermittent issues connecting to IBSS

    This is not an Intermittent issues connecting to IBSS it is  almost every day and has been for the the last 4 weeks it is causing us to lose production.
    this need to be addressed ASAP (not under investigation, it needs to be fixed) this is a paid service.

    The same is happening to us in Southern California across our fleet.   The IBSS server says its up, but the source table does not populate.   The base is also showing active on the WM base station window.  However, the status is colored yellow in the R750 UI.   We've had to scramble and establish base poles and switch to radio.
