    Hi, has anyone has been experiencing difficulty connecting to Catalyst DA2 on-demand service as of late?  Wondering if it's due to the poor atmospheric conditions at the moment in southern Ontario, Canada.

    Hi Kevin,

    From our perspective I'm not aware of any performance issues as a result of the poor conditions due to the fires, and as long as you have Internet connectivity you should be able to connect to the Catalyst On Demand service. If you haven't done so already I would suggest reaching out to your Trimble partner/reseller who should be able to troubleshoot the issue and escalate to Trimble if needed.
