Option to create Template after importing KML not given

  • 1.  Option to create Template after importing KML not given

    Has anyone else encountered the problem of importing an area/polygon KML into Terrasync and not being given the option to add or create a template? I haven't had any problems all the previous times but now I am. Any suggestions or ideas what may be happening or how I can create templates.

    Hi Aaron,

    You should be able to create a template from an imported layer. If you would like to contact us at mgis_support@trimble.com then we can investigate why it is not working correctly for your KML file

    Hi All!

    i Have the same problem.. I just want to upload a series of points in KLM and I can see the points in the Map Viewer but the blue button add Template does not show..
