If it's caused by the 2D Viewer issue then that was fixed yesterday.

Within the web based version of connect, we are having issues opening/viewing pdfs. Everything only gets to the spinning loading wheel. This issue popped up this morning for a hand full of users but not all of our users.
Is this a known problem? What is the fix?
