It's all working well.
From my first feeling I would expect that there is an issue with your template in the cloud.
I would recommend to get in touch with your local dealer to check the data in detail.

It seems there is an issue with the display of the form associated with my surveys in Penmap Android. The form only appears in empty projects, while in projects containing imported data, it does not appear automatically after creating an entity. Additionally, an error message appears when I try to display the form manually.
Just for your information, both projects are using the same iFeature template.
