There are two possible issues here. One, I see that you are using cellular. If it's NOT a Data Activation Center (DAC) SIM, that could be your problem. if you just picked up a SIM card from a carrier (especially if it's Verizon), it will most likely not work properly. I would disable the cellular and connect to wifi to open PenMap again. If that doesn't work, then it's likely too old of a version. Remember that PenMap updates are now pushed through Trimble Installation Manager directly on the device rather than via the play store. Either way, you'll want to run TIM on your device (it's already on there). If it prompts for an update, please do so. Also, be sure that you are WIFI and NOT cellular when doing this. Once it updates the Penmap app, try signing on again.
