Penmap for Android Freezing up

    Two of us in the office using Androids have had our phones freeze up while surveying with our DA2 in the last couple of weeks.  We have to restart our phones to get going again.

    Ideas?

    Dear Barron,

    we are aware of a few users having trouble like this after an update to the newest Penmap Android version.

    Our development team is working on a solution at the time.

    As a workaround for most affected devices it worked to save all necessary data from the device and manually uninstall Penmap and delete the Penmap folder "com.trimble.penmap" in the location (Phone\Android\data) if it wasnt automatically deleted.

    Afterwards do a fresh installation of Penmap android.

    If there are still issues contact the support via Mail.
