    Hello, Good Morning,

    Could someone please help me troubleshoot this issue with Trimble Connect.

    I´m currently using the Trimble Connect Plugin for Revit 2021; I´m separating the model by disciplines, the first model I uploaded It worked fine, but when I made an upgrade and reloaded the model from revit all the pipes came back as Lines instead of a 3d model. Attached are images showing the issue.

    Hello, I have managed to resolve this issue.

    You can try uploading the model while being on a 3D view. And chosing the highest level of detail possible in that view on Revit:

    Then upload like normal. I didn't even need to tick this box. It still worked without it:

    But if it still doesn't resolve the issue for you, you can try ticking the box before upload.
