Problem adding Marker extension

    Hi,

    I have an issue adding the Marker Extension in Timble Connect. I use Trimble Connect AR  and not XR10.
    See the attached picture.
    I get the error message: "The URL provided is not a valid extension. Pleas add a valid extension URL"
    I use this URL:https://trimble-connect-marker-authoring.trimble.com/

    I have tried to follow this video (11) [Lesson 4] Creating Markers for Trimble Connect AR - YouTube
    but the add procedure is different.

    Hope someone can help me.

    Hi Halvor,
    The extensions location in the Connect Web application as shown in your screenshot is not correct. It has to be added in a different location. 

    Please add the URL :https://trimble-connect-marker-authoring.trimble.com/  in the Connect's 3D Viewer "CUSTOM EXTENSIONS" page as shown in screenshot below.
    1. Please access https://3d.connect.trimble.com 
    2. From the left panel click on Settings > Custom extensions
    3. Add the above mentiond URL In the field Plugin Application URL 





    The Marker extension should appeal in the left panel after these steps.  In case you continue to face issues, please get in touch with ftgsupport@trimble.com.

     It's possible that the issue is specific to the browser you're using. Try accessing Trimble Connect AR and adding the Marker Extension using a different browser to see if that resolves the problem.
