Hello!

Problem: i work in desktop version and open structural and architectural models, i show only walls from structural model and only windows from architectural model to show how they are coordinated. I save this view and when I later open, windows are missing. Sometimes in desktop version everything is ok, but in web something is missing. This problem started some months ago, I have tried different desktop versions and still it do not  work properly. Sometimes I open this view and all objects are missing, even if  I try multiple times.  And this is general problem.

Does everyone also have this issue with views or it is my local problem?

Could you please share the View details with our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) so that our team can investigate. Also could you also please let us know if this is happening with particular views or all views that you have worked on.
