Hello, I have published a design and it shows an message as follows:

"Oops: There is a delay sending your design to the devices. Hang on....

Design conversion complete. Publish to devices pending."

Anyone else published in the past couple of hours?

Problem resolved itself.

There is a technical issue that causes a delay in 'publishing designs to devices' at specific scenarios especially in peak hours. The team is working to fix it. Regret inconvenience. 

The warning message pops up when the system observes there is a delay. After the delay, once the published designs become available for devices to sync, the warning message goes off by itself. 

I have a workflow for bypassing this if the design publish is really time sensitive, it's a little convoluted so let me know if you'd like me to explain it, as Vijay says most of the time I'll sort itself out given enough time.
