I'd advise you to reach out to your local Trimble reseller. They'll be able to work through this with you and If required raise this as an Issue with Trimble to help resolve
If you can provide the log files from your field app (SETTINGS > Send Logs) covering the forms you've sync'd back that will help your reseller as well as and dates/ Map Workspace names to trace this through our systems
