Is there anything needs to be done from the customer side to resolve the issue?

no there is nothing to do from customer side.
The service is updated and running, exporting the data should work now.

I thought Penmap was discontinued ? 

Hi Jeff,

You are correct, Penmap for Android has been officially discontinued.

While new subscriptions are no longer available, there are still a few active subscriptions remaining.
As a result, we are maintaining the infrastructure for a limited time to support those users.
