    Dear Penmap users,

    We are currently experiencing technical issues with our Penmap Processor Cloud environment, which began yesterday.

    Although our team is actively working on a resolution, restoring full access to the Penmap Project Manager is taking longer than expected.
    We are prioritizing this fix to get everything back online as quickly as possible.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

    Dear Penmap users,

    As a temporary workaround, we have released a new version of Penmap Project Manager (v10.9.0.1645), which is now available via the Trimble Installation Manager (TIM).

    How to resolve project & deliverable issues:

    1. Download the Trimble Installation Manager if it is not yet on your machine already.

    2. Run Trimble Installation Manager

    3. Select and install the latest release of Penmap Project Manager (v10.9.0.1645).

    4. Once updated, you will be able to create projects and download deliverables again.

    Note: Direct exports from Penmap for Android are still temporarily unavailable.

    Our team remains fully focused on restoring total functionality as quickly as possible.
