Dear WorksManager users, 
We are just getting started on developing the workflow to 'Share devices from one account to another' in WorksManager product. Here is the mockup. Please feel free to browse through, and share your early feedback - note that the mockup is a clickable prototype (as you will experience in a real product), and runs into multiple screens.

With this, a rental or a subcontractor account admin will be able to share devices with a contractor account, then the contractor admin will be able to invite rental/ sub contractor devices to his project and manage them.

Assuming everyone has a WorksManager account/ devices of their own, this workflow includes three major steps
1. Invite a partner (rental is a partner to contractor (& vice versa), and contractor is a partner to sub contractor (& vice versa)
2. Share devices with another account (rental/ sub contractor can share their devices with a contractor)
3. Invite shared devices into project (contractor can invite shared rental/ sub contractor devices into their projects)

An option for a "Select All" when adding shared devices to a specific project would be good. That was the only place I noticed it missing, but would be good on any pop-up page like that. What is the ETA for this to roll out? I know at Dimension+ 2022 there was talk of the Q1 of 2023. Thanks!

Katie, Thank you for your feedback. The likely ETA for the first phase release is early Q2.

This is a feature we want! I'm so happy to use it :)

In your mockup, there are only machines and devices. I would like to use this feature with GNSS antennas.

Maybe you know, we want to use an IBSS base station between some WM accounts.

So I'm worried about it.

Could you let me know if all devices can be shared?

Hello Nao-san, thanks for the note. In the initial phase of release, IBSS sharing will not be supported. We intend to consider this later.

just considering this should not be an option this should be a priority 

I'm sad to hear that. Do you have any plans or schedules for IBSS development now?
