Hi Emilien
Good question
You'll need to Download a Workspace Definition file (*.WSDef) which contains a copy of the form templates you can import into a new Connect project.
- Open any Map workspace in the Connect project your form templates are located
- Select the side panel
- Browse to the project you want containing the form templates
- Select the 3 dots and hit DOWNLOAD AS... this guides you through the export so follow the instructions

You can then create a new map workspace in the new project from the WSDef file which will import all the form templates into the new project as a new Map Workspace

Subject: Sharing templates between differents projects
Hi,
One of our custommer is having a hard time configuring his workflow. They have multiple agencies and they wanted to create a project for each agencies, with differents workspaces in each projects.
But they need to share the same templates with every agencies, projects and workspaces.
Is there's a way to share a template between two projects ?
I managed to use an existing template in different workspaces but not in different projects.
It will be really time consuming having to recreate the same templates manually for all the agencies.
Thank you for your help.
