Sketchup model fails for one user but not for others

  • 1.  Sketchup model fails for one user but not for others

    I have one user using a Mac that get a failed conversion error when trying to open a revised sketchup mode.

    All of the users using PC's are not having a problem with the file.

    Before the model update the Mac user was not having this problem?

    Any Thoughts???
