Slow up load and down load

    Not sure what is going on, but my download speed on my desktop to Trimble Connect is really slow.  I download and upload big files on other programs without a problem. Is there a setting that I am missing? Also, the download speed in the field is so bad I have had to go back to flash drives. (This is over 5 G) If anyone has an answer I would appreciate it.

    Hi Gordon,
    Trimble Connect apps don't have any settings for download speeds. 
    Could you please let us know which client app of Trimble Connect are you using - Trimble Connect for Windows , Trimble Connect Sync or Connect for Browser ?
