If you're having trouble getting the full size 4G SIMs like we are, they make adapters to go from the nano to full size.
I've heard of people using the 5G SIMs, but nobody with Verizon.

Patrick, Modem shows service and phone number but no internet service. That eliminates one cause.
Thanks, Tom

Yes, we have done this with our AT&T 5G sim cards.
Looks like they should all be backwards compatible.

It's not the SIM card that gives you 5G but the hardware. I'm pretty sure the SNM941 is not capable of using 5G

Hello, does anyone know if you can use a 5G sim card in a SNM941 that is a 4g modem? Dealer is also checking.
Thanks!
