Software connection to Connected Community issue

    We are using SCS900 and also have Siteworks installed in out TSC7 data collectors.  We have currently ran into an issue when using SCS900 to connect to the Connected Community in the dc's.  Today I tried to switch over to using Siteworks.  Siteworks connected just fine to the Connected Community.  Has anyone run into this issue and/or any fixes.
