Hi hope someone here might be able to provide some insight.

My team uses two pairs of Rovers and Data Collectors ( SPS986 and TDC6).  For our GNSS correction we are subscribed to Point One Nav, internet rover.  One pair of devices works with no issue.

The other pair fails to converge.  The devices have the same settings, but when I hit "Start Survey" it times out at 90%.  My team and I have gone over the connection settings numerous times, and have even reached out to Point One Nav support - they could find nothing on their end.

Any advice?

This isn't the right community for the SPS986, that's part of the construction portfolio (with Siteworks for example or the SCS900) so have a look through the other groups

• Only thing I would recommend here Is to run a factory reset and reflash the firmware on the receiver and test again.
• If you can log some raw GNSS data then you can analyse what's it's tracking (In comparison with your working rover ideally) and try to identify the differences between the two.
• If you have a local Trimble reseller you can leverage all the better to get them to help
