Status Sharing doesn't work for few of our new join colleagues including myself. It's been happening for past 3 months.

Can you provide more details about what specifically isn't working?  Are you getting an error message?  Or is the user interface not loading?  Which application are you using?  Trimble Connect for Browser? Mobile? Windows?  If you could provide a video or a screen shot describing the issue that would help us troubleshoot the problem.

So, the user interface not loading, to be precise, when I click "Colorize statuses in model" in status sharing, the model turns grey and it is supposed to slowly start revealing the actual status of the model where I should be able to see which part of the model is completed, committed, started or paused. But, it only shows grey colored model and doesn't reveal further.
