We are trying to integrate our work over to Works Manager and when I try to add a device (which are all data collectors/tablets) in Works that is already in TCC, it will not allow that device to sync files or allow anything to be uploaded from TCC. We did have several of the devices sync over to Works from TCC and are working fine but the three I have circled below cannot get them to work in Works Manager when I add them. Why are these 3 in TCC not automatically showing up in Works? I had to delete them from Works in order for them to work back in TCC.
