TDC600 and Terraflex not uploading "forms" after data capture.  

In France capturing data, and the forms won't upload.  

Arrived back in the US, and forms won't upload.

"Forms waiting to be synced"

I had success in France in February with the same forms and process.

In November 2022 I had a similar problem.  Forms would not upload.  I worked with support and sent the raw data and logs to them.  The end response was "sorry, delete the cache/data cannot recover"

I feel I'm in the same situation again.  This time I cannot afford to delete my data.

"Forms Waiting to be Synced"

I've updated all trimble software except "Trimble Installation Manager "

"Your existing data will be lost"  if you update.

Once back in the US from international travel, and connected to WiFi in the office, TerraFlex successfully connected and synchronized.

It's suggested that connections to international servers may have been limited by the network providers overseas.

The suggestion was made to create a Connect project using a server in the region you'll be collecting data as a means to hopefully overcome this issue in the future.

I know this post is from 2023, but I'm having a similar issue with my TDC600, forms stuck on "waiting to be synced." Did you ever find a fix that didn't involve deleting data? Would appreciate any tips if you did.
